Throughout these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Petacon Prime Solutions LLP, and “you” means the person using this website.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. By using it you confirm you are 18 or above, as required by the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
• Our products are available for sale within India only, unless we state otherwise.
• We may modify the website and change these terms from time to time. The version published here governs your use from the date it appears.
• If you believe your account or password has been misused, tell us immediately so we can act.
• Please also read our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Your order becomes a contract when we email you to say your goods have been dispatched - not when payment is taken.

We send an automated email confirming payment and that your order has been placed. That confirmation is an acknowledgement, not acceptance. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and refund you in full.

Prices shown on the website are inclusive of taxes. Shipping is free across India.

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, for a full refund. Write to support@ovarana.com.

If there is any defect in a product delivered to you, please tell us within 48 hours of delivery. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. Where goods are defective, not as described, or delivered late, your statutory right to take-back and refund applies regardless of anything stated here.

You must not use this website:

• to copy, store, host, transmit or distribute any material containing or linked to spyware, viruses, trojans, worms, keystroke loggers, rootkits or other malicious software;

• to send unsolicited commercial communications, or for any marketing purpose without our express written consent.

No obscene, defamatory, threatening or otherwise unlawful material may be posted on our website as comments, suggestions or complaints, and you may not post data on behalf of third parties without their permission. We may review, amend or remove such content, including fake or impersonating accounts, without prior notice.
