Before you message
The three we get asked most
Where is my order?
Your dispatch email carries the tracking link. If your lamp has not shipped yet, it is still being prepared — orders take 5–7 days before they leave us. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will tell you exactly where it is.
Something arrived damaged
Send us a photograph on WhatsApp or by email along with your order number and we will replace the piece. You do not need to argue the case — a lamp either arrived intact or it did not.
Can you make something custom?
Sometimes. We license our forms from independent designers rather than drawing them ourselves, so a truly bespoke shape is usually outside what we can offer. Colour and size variations on an existing piece are often possible — ask.
